Host Department uptime for October 2008: 79% over the internet

yes, this is another month of terrible server uptime from host department hosting. Previous month of 77% and this month of 79%, there are too many server downtime and causing lots of problem to the website too. There were over 72 service downtime occurance over the month.

From first of october to 9th of october, we recorded a lot of downtime. But after that, the server downtime reduced. Probably host department support team is maintaining the server now. Anyhow, this host department server is still running slow, website is loading slow as well.

Look for better hosting package and hosting uptime at hostmonster hosting or hostgator hosting or bluehost web hosting.

In previous to host department review article, if you read current them, you understand how frustrated and angry and with this host department but hosting services. Their Web server is slow in giving very poor service uptime. And they are FTP services is causing lots of problem, where the upload and content is not reflected website.

Not only that, host department support team sucks too. Lately course of my poor hosting experience a slow server and as well FTP problem mentioned above, I initiated an e-mail tickets to host department support team. E-mail tickets in is my choice now, as they terminate the host department live chat support, they no longer offering live chat support to customer.

The e-mail tickets will send to host department support department, and i waited more than six hours for them to reply back to me. inside the e-mail that technique support personnel told me he can view my website. This is really pissed me off! he don’t even read my e-mail properly, and totally don’t understand my problem. I am facing FTP problem where the files uploaded to server is not reflected in website, simple as that, and he can’t even read my e-mail, understanding it, and get it fixed. Totally waste of my time!

Host department uptime for september 2008 is terrible, this is the worst hosting service uptime i ever witnessing, a horrible 77.2% service uptime onl. With over 265 downtime detected over the month, and 9000 minutes of service downtime recorded.

for this month, there were 92 service downtime occurance and with over 600 minutes of service downtime for the whole month os august 2008, this is a bad service uptime record of 98.6% uptime.

Yesterday my host department hosting account was having server downtime, and the website is not available. I have to contact host department support to inform them, and get them to fix this issue. I choose to use the host department live chat support, as this is the quickest method.

My host department hosting account was having some problem, and experiencing service downtime for few hours! Host department support told me it was caused by IP address changes at their server, and this service downtime will last for another 6-24 hours, as have to wait for propagation.

For this 10 months of my posting experience with host department, I had encounter quite a lot of inconvenience here and there. The main problem is there web hosting server is really slow, and giving me a loss of service downtime as well.

As an unlimited web hosting provider, host department really delivering very poor web hosting quality. Although in previous month I received e-mail from their support stating that they are upgrading their web hosting services and server, however until now I haven’t seen any obvious improvement in their web hosting services and quality.

Currently I having over 40 web hosting plan with various web hosting provider, including Hostgator, Hostmonster, Bluehost, hostican, StartLogic, ixwebhosting, lunarpages, webhostingpad, etc… and none of them delivering a poor web hosting quality like this on!

I have WordPress blog setup on those web hosting and in this host department hosting. It’s very obviously the blog hosted with host department it’s performing very slow. Each action that I perform in WordPress admin takes much longer time. Frustrated waiting for page loading. Completely waste of time.

This is ridiculous, I never seen any FTP services suck like this one!!

Host department uptime for July 2008: 99.097% over the Internet

For the month of July 2008, host department uptime for this month is very low (as usual), recorded at only 99.0% over the Internet. With over 70 downtime/failure detected, and with 80 failed checks. That is a terrible service uptime record. With average server response time at 0.278% in average, quit fast server response time.

Host department had upgraded their services and data centre facilities in end of july and early august. I do hope to see an improvement for their service uptime and quality as well.

Host department uptime for JUNE 2008: 98.289% over the Internet

For the month of JUNE 2008, once again, host department uptime sucks again! it was recorded at only 98.289%…. around 98% uptime. With 121 service downtime/outages detected and 146 failed checks. That is so many service downtime. And i am stunt!

Will their service uptime getting better?
