Yesterday my host department hosting account was having server downtime, and the website is not available. I have to contact host department support to inform them, and get them to fix this issue. I choose to use the host department live chat support, as this is the quickest method.
My host department hosting account was having some problem, and experiencing service downtime for few hours! Host department support told me it was caused by IP address changes at their server, and this service downtime will last for another 6-24 hours, as have to wait for propagation.
