Yesterday my host department hosting account was having server downtime, and the website is not available. I have to contact host department support to inform them, and get them to fix this issue. I choose to use the host department live chat support, as this is the quickest method.
My host department hosting account was having some problem, and experiencing service downtime for few hours! Host department support told me it was caused by IP address changes at their server, and this service downtime will last for another 6-24 hours, as have to wait for propagation.

For this 10 months of my posting experience with host department, I had encounter quite a lot of inconvenience here and there. The main problem is there web hosting server is really slow, and giving me a loss of service downtime as well.
As an unlimited web hosting provider, host department really delivering very poor web hosting quality. Although in previous month I received e-mail from their support stating that they are upgrading their web hosting services and server, however until now I haven’t seen any obvious improvement in their web hosting services and quality.
Currently I having over 40 web hosting plan with various web hosting provider, including Hostgator, Hostmonster, Bluehost, hostican, StartLogic, ixwebhosting, lunarpages, webhostingpad, etc… and none of them delivering a poor web hosting quality like this on!
I have WordPress blog setup on those web hosting and in this host department hosting. It’s very obviously the blog hosted with host department it’s performing very slow. Each action that I perform in WordPress admin takes much longer time. Frustrated waiting for page loading. Completely waste of time.
Host department server respond time is ridiculously slow and giving me a very poor service uptime as well.
I never seen any FTP service can be worse than this one. I having a hosting account with host department that offering me unlimited hosting plan with virtually everything unlimited. This hosting plan is really sucks. Not just they are but services suck, even the FTP service are giving me a loss of problem.
For the host department FTP services, previously I having a lots of FTP upload issue, where am having connection problems. but today the FTP problem is getting worse, where the files that I upload and to server, I’m not reflect the in my website. I had perform analysts but browser refresh, restart browser, and many others things just trying to get my new files to be display on my website.And they can even deliver that!! I keep seeing the old content displaying in my website, it’s like a server cache that will never refresh even the upload the new files and content.
This is ridiculous, I never seen any FTP services suck like this one!!
