Host department send in following email alert to their customer. Informing a possible scams carry out by ex-employee, and currently host department had take legal action against him. Thanks for quick corrective action by host department, and ensuring their customer are keep informed in the first place. This help prevent the scams from repeating itself.

In previous to host department review article, if you read current them, you understand how frustrated and angry and with this host department but hosting services. Their Web server is slow in giving very poor service uptime. And they are FTP services is causing lots of problem, where the upload and content is not reflected website.
Not only that, host department support team sucks too. Lately course of my poor hosting experience a slow server and as well FTP problem mentioned above, I initiated an e-mail tickets to host department support team. E-mail tickets in is my choice now, as they terminate the host department live chat support, they no longer offering live chat support to customer.
The e-mail tickets will send to host department support department, and i waited more than six hours for them to reply back to me. inside the e-mail that technique support personnel told me he can view my website. This is really pissed me off! he don’t even read my e-mail properly, and totally don’t understand my problem. I am facing FTP problem where the files uploaded to server is not reflected in website, simple as that, and he can’t even read my e-mail, understanding it, and get it fixed. Totally waste of my time!

I was having some problem to login to my host department ftp account, and got no clue of what had caused that. So i have to contact host department support team and get this fix right the way.
