For this 10 months of my posting experience with host department, I had encounter quite a lot of inconvenience here and there. The main problem is there web hosting server is really slow, and giving me a loss of service downtime as well.

Although in previous month I received e-mail from their support stating that they are upgrading their web hosting services and server, however until now I haven’t seen any obvious improvement in their web hosting services and quality.

Host department uptime for July 2008: 99.097% over the Internet

For the month of July 2008, host department uptime for this month is very low (as usual), recorded at only 99.0% over the Internet. With over 70 downtime/failure detected, and with 80 failed checks. That is a terrible service uptime record. With average server response time at 0.278% in average, quit fast server response time.
